Fleming Island

Living in Fleming Island means joining one of Clay County’s most established suburban communities, set along Highway 17 just south of Jacksonville along the St Johns River. Eagle Harbor is the largest master-planned community in the area, with a championship golf course, swim park, resort-style pool, and active community amenities. Pace Island is a gated waterfront community along the St Johns River with boat access and larger lots. Pine Ridge Plantation offers single-family homes at more accessible price points.
